VINEYARD
Primitivo, Negroamaro, and Chardonnay are the
living canvas of our historic vineyards.
The company was founded by devoting energy,
attention, and dedication to every row of vines, allowing
us to harvest high-quality fruit, capable of offering intense
flavors that capture all the nuances and colors of our land.

ULARI
olio extravergine d'oliva
Our oil takes its name from the Mandurian dialect Ulàri,
meaning to fly. A tribute to the wind that caresses the olive
trees, moves leaves and branches, and refreshes the olives
in the warmest months.
Ulàri is the result of slow, careful growth, respectful of the
rhythms of nature: a silent flight that accompanies the fruit
to its maximum expression.
An oil that doesn’t simply spring from the earth, but rises elegantly,
carrying with it all the purity of its origin.
