Primitivo grape variety
It grows where the sun burns and the earth holds onto its memory. It is a vine that conquers
and endures. In every grape, the instinct of an intense and elegant Puglia.
With Primitivo, you don’t tell a story, you sculpt it. We respect its structure, we
enhance its energy.
An intense, sunny grape, capable of generating new forms without losing itself.
Tradition that evolves. Identity that creates.

JAZZU
Jazzu is a place of rest: a simple and authentic space.
It’s a return to origins, a suspended moment, filled with
silence. Jazzu is fresh, essential, and crystalline. A wine
that speaks to those who never forget where they come
from, because roots aren’t chains, but a fixed point from
which to begin again.

TAJATE
Tajàte is born from stone, like the clean
cuts in tuff quarries: ancient, profound, authentic marks.
It is a wine etched in time and engraved in memory.
It needs no artifice, because it forcefully
tells the truth of its origins. Tajàte is rooted, authentic, engraved.
It is the mark that endures.
